Free Exercise Classes this March

We are really proud to announce that thanks to funding from Sport England and the #ThisGirlCan campaign, Bloomin Health is putting on a few free exercise classes to give you a chance to try something new.
iFitWalk
@ Highfield Community Club,Highfield rd, HallGreen B28 0HS
Indoor walking workouts to Bollywood, Bhangra, Afro and Pop beats for low impact, fat burning exercise! Great for women who have weight challenges, wear and tear of the knees and hips, osteoporosis or beginners. A free taster session will be on Tuesday 17th March 10am-11am and thereafter classes will run every Tuesday 10am-11am during term-time.
Chair Yoga

Seated Yoga for those that dont want floor work or traditional Yoga practice. Excellent for loosening shoulders, neck,back tension and relaxation. Great for older adults and office workers. A free taster session will be on Tuesday 17th March 11am-12pm and thereafter classes will run every Tuesday 11am-12pm during term-time.
Kettlebell Fusion

Use One hour in the best way possible. Sculpt, tone, strengthen , improve endurance and core strength all with the awesome kettlebell. Suitable for beginners too. Limited spaces and kettlebells so first come,first served .A free taster session will be on Friday 20th March 930am-1030am and thereafter classes will run every Friday 930-1030am during term-time.
Mums’n’Girls Fitcamp

Exercise with that special girl in your life…a bit of Bhangra, Bollywood beats, Pop, skip, hoop, bodyweight exercises …a mixed bag of exercise goodies! Monday 23rd March 930am-1030am Meet at the swing park…come rain or shine!
Working specifically with Asian, BME and Muslim women to provide an outdoor class where young mums can bring along baby in buggy to get a good workout (after 8 week postnatal check only) . Traditionally outdoor fitness is not popular with Asian women hence they are missing out on the myriad benefits of the ‘Green Gym’. BloominHealth is proud to provide a free class to those who are a little reluctant to try…no excuses now! Have a go.
