Are you looking for exercise classes in Birmingham, for midlife women and beyond. I have 2 classes at the moment. Seated exercise is for our older women who want to strengthen their muscles and joints, stretch and relieve pain, all from the comfort of a chair! But don’t be fooled, this class is very effective- we work all your bits and bobs!!

I also provide exercise classes for midlife women on a Sunday morning. A great all round class using kettlebells and floor work to strengthen the body , including the core and pelvic floor

Seniors Seated Exercise

Ladies only. We start with a gentle seated mobilisation, then get moving to music and have fun with coordination. There is some standing work for balance and bone strength. I sometimes use physio bands or other props.
